Crab Filament Soup

Heat up cooking oil in a pot. Add in garlic and ginger then stir-fry until fragrant.

Add in water and let it boil.

Add in crab filament and add in egg while stirring.

Add in corn starch and stir well

Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper and salt. Stir well.

Sprinkle spring onion and ready to serve.
