Homemade Beef Burger With Special Pepper Brown Sauce

Method: Special Pepper Brown Sauce
Melt 50g butter in a pre-heated pan then add wheat flour. Cook until the mixture turns slightly dark brown and smells nutty. Keep aside.
Melt remaining butter and add yellow onion. Stir-fry until the mixture is brown colour. Add in water and dark soy sauce. Mix well.
Add the flour mixture, stir well until desired consistency is achieved. Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper and AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and it is ready.
Method: Homemade Beef Burger
Mix ground beef meat with cumin powder, garlic, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper.
Add in yellow onion, egg and breadcrumb. Mix it well.
Weight the meat mixture into 135-140g each then into a round shape and flatten it.
Heat a grill pan. Grill the patty over medium heat, until both sides are cooked.
Toast the bun until slightly brown both sides.
On bottom bun, pipe on mayonnaise, place lettuce, home-made burger patty, homemade pepper sauce, tomato then place the top bun.
