Peel the banana. Cut into half straight across. Sprinkle over with tapioca flour and leave aside.

Spread some red bean paste over one half. Place the two halves together.

Wrap up with a piece of spring roll wrapper. Stick down the corner with a little of the prepared crispy starch batter.

Coat the wrapped up roll with crispy starch batter.

Deep-fry in hot oil over medium flame till golden brown and crispy. Dish out.

Brush the fried rolls with honey and coat with cornflakes. Serve immediately.
