Soy Sauce Fried Rice
Melt margarine in a pan. Stir-fry garlic, shallots and spring onion until fragrant.
Add red chili and prawn, fry until cooked.
Set aside all the ingredients in the pan, add eggs, let them half-cooked and mix well.
Add rice and cabbage then mix well.
Sprinkle Seri-Aji® Anchovy Fried Rice 26g and mix until well combined.
Add sweet soy sauce and thick soy sauce, mix well.
Ready to serve.
