Mix Seri-AjiĀ® Fritter Seasoned Flour 225g with 325ml water.

Add in mee, red onion, carrot, crab filament and celery leaf into the batter. Mix well.

Take a spoon of the batter, place on heated fritter mould and fry until golden brown.

Tip: Make sure the fritter mould is hot enough before placing the mixture so that the fritter does not stick to the mould.
