Sweet Black Pepper Sauce
Mix Seri-Aji® Black Pepper Seasoning 38g with water. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chicken until cooked.
Add yellow onion and spring onion, stir-fry until wilted.
Pour the Seri-Aji® Black Pepper Seasoning 38g mixture and add sugar. Stir well and fry until the sauce thickens.
Ready to serve with belacan fried rice and condiments.
Belacan Fried Rice
Heat cooking oil in a pan, fry anchovies until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Add red onions and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add water spinach and fry until cooked.
Add rice, fried anchovies and Seri-Aji® Kampung Fried Rice 26g. Fry until well mixed.
Ready to serve with sweet black pepper chicken and condiments.
