Seri-Aji Cheesy Popcorn Chicken Potato Bowl

Popcorn Chicken
Mix 2 tbsp of Seri-Aji® Seasoned Flour Spicy Flavour 150g with cold water. Stir well and coat the chicken with the mixture. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
Put the remaining Seri-Aji® Seasoned Flour Spicy Flavour 150g into a container with a lid. Add the marinated chicken, cover the container and shake it to evenly coat the chicken.
Heat cooking oil and fry the chicken until fully cooked and crispy.
Potato Bowl
Mash steamed potatoes with cooking cream and unsalted butter in a bowl. Mix well.
Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper. Mix well.evenly coat the chicken.
Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top. Put in the microwave for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
Arrange chicken popcorn on top, then sprinkle with sweet corn kernels and tomatoes.
Ready to serve.
