Claypot Duck with Yam

Heat oil and sesame oil, sauté ingredients (A) in claypot till fragrant.

Spoon in ingredients (B) and add in duck. Mix till well coated. Pour in water, TUMIX® Chicken Stock Seasoning and AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper, allow to simmer till duck is cooked.

Add in the yam, and allow to simmer till yam is tender.

Serve hot with garnishing.
