Heat cooking oil in a pan, add dried chili and cumin until crispy. Take out and set aside.

Add minced beef and stir-fry until fully cooked.

Add in yellow onion, garlic, red capsicum, dried chili paste, tomato puree and tomato. Stir-fry until oil breaks.

Add in chili powder, coriander powder and water. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the gravy thickens.

Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt. Stir well.

Add in fried dried chili and cumin then mixed well.

Ready to serve.
