Combine toasted belacan with thick soy sauce, and smash.

Add in red onion, red chilies, red bird’s eye chilies and sugar, mixed well.

Ready to serve.
Tenggiri fish

Marinate fish with AJI-NO-MOTO® and set aside for 5 minutes.

Add in ingredients (A), mix well. Set aside.

Heat up oil and fry fish until golden brown.

Serve with cucumber, tomatoes and sambal kicap.
