Rub AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt evenly over the chicken.

Marinate the chicken with ginger and scallions. Then place the scallions and ginger inside the cavity of the chicken.

Steam for 20-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked.

Discard the steaming liquid.

Ready to serve with ginger dipping sauce.
Ginger Dipping Sauce

Put the ginger into a heat-resistant bowl along with scallions.

Add AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.

Gradually pour in hot cooking oil while stirring continuously. Mix thoroughly.

Ready to serve with steamed chicken.

Tips: Add the hot oil slowly so that the ingredients don’t burn due to the high temperature of the hot oil.
