Mix wheat flour, rice flour, corn flour, garlic, turmeric powder and coriander powder.

Gradually add water and mix while pouring. Stir until the mixture reaches a thick texture.

Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.

Add the baking powder, spring onions and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Dip tempeh into the flour mixture and coat evenly.

Heat cooking oil and fry the tempeh until crispy.

Ready to serve.
