Method for Spices Chicken Set

Marinate chicken with curry powder, coriander powder and half of TUMIX® Chicken Stock for 20 minutes.

Heat oil, saute shallot and garlic paste until fragrant.

Add in marinated chicken and capsicums, stir fry until chicken is cooked.

Season with remaining TUMIX® Chicken Stock.
Method for Cabbage and Tofu Soup

Bring all ingredients to boil.

Simmer for a while, serve hot.
