Ingredients (A): Flour Coating Mix

In a bowl, mix flour and water to form a flour glue. Keep aside.

In a food processor, add in chicken breast meat, garlic, wheat flour and egg white. Blend until smooth.

Transfer to a bowl. Add in carrot and spring onion. Mix well.

Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt. Mix well.

Fill into a piping bag, then keep chilled for 30 minutes.

Lay a piece of seaweed on chopping board. Pipe the mixture on it in a tube form. Then roll it and seal with flour glue.

Once done, use a scissors to cut the seaweed roll into small cylinder shape of 6 cm. Keep aside.

Mix all ingredients (A) until turns to flour coating mix.

Coat the seaweed roll with the flour coating mix then deep fried until golden brown.

Ready to serve.
