Mix Seri-Aji® Banana Fritter Flour 150g with 150 ml water.

Add coconut, salt, and sugar to the batter. Mix well.

Lightly coat a heated pan with oil, then pour 1/2 cup batter.

Cook until both sides of the pancakes are brown and slightly crispy.

Repeat until the batter is finished.
