Marinate chicken meat with garlic and spring onion. Let it marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Boil potatoes with until tender and strain. Let it cool.

Mix the boiled potatoes with marinated chicken and cornflour.

Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper. Mix well.

Scoop 1 tbsp of the dough and make it round like a ball.

Heat up air-fryer at 180˚C then place the ball on the air-fryer basket

Sprinkle cooking oil on the balls then air-fry the balls for 10 minutes at 180˚C then flip and continue to air-fry for another 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
