In the bowl, sift plain flour and corn flour, add in seasoning (A). Mix well.

Add in the rest of ingredients, mix well.

Add 2 tbsp of water if batter is a bit dry.

Heat up 1 tsp of oil in the pan, add in batter. Let it cook until two sides become golden brown. Ready to serve.
