Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry shallots, garlic and chili paste until fragrant.

Add in bitter gourd, stir-fry until half cooked.

Add in turmeric powder, stir for a while.

Season with Rasa Sifu™.

Add in egg and stir-fry until cooked.
