Grind the rice finely with water.

Then add wheat flour and cooking oil. Grind again.

Season with Seri-Aji® Anchovy Fried Rice 72g. Mix well.

Add cabbage, carrot and spring onion. Mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan. Pour ¼ cup batter, spread to form a circle.

Cook until golden brown, flip and fry until fully cooked.

Ready to serve.
