Heat cooking oil, sauté cinnamon, cardamom pods, star anise and ground ingredients (A) until fragrant and yellowish.

Add the bones, stir well and cook for 5 minutes.

Add approximately 1 liter of water. Cook until meat is tender.

Add 300-400 ml of water and potatoes, cook until tender.

Season with TUMIX® and AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper.

Sprinkle with celery leaves, spring onion and fried shallots.

Ready to be served.
