Heat cooking oil to fry tofu until crispy. Slice it after it cools and set aside.

Reduce the cooking oil in the pan, then add chicken meat, prawn and carrot. Stir-fry until cooked.

Add grinded ingredients (A), stir-fry until golden and fragrant.

Add dried chili paste, chili sauce, thick soy sauce and sweet soy sauce. Stir-fry until the oil breaks.

Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt. Mix evenly.

Add spaghetti, mustard greens and the fried tofu. Fry until cooked and well mixed.

Set aside the spaghetti and crack the eggs. Allow the eggs to almost cook and stir well.

Sprinkle with celery leaves and squeeze calamansi.

Ready to serve.
