Prepare a bowl, add in boiled egg and mayonnaise. Mash and mix well.

Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.

Divide into 5 portions. Keep aside.
Assembling Wrap

Heat up tortilla bread on pan until slightly toasted.

Place 1 tortilla bread on a chopping board. Make a slit from one edge to the middle of the tortilla. Next, place 1 portion of egg filling in one quadrant, then arrange 2 slices tomato and 1 slice of cheese in the next quadrant. Finally, add lettuce to the last quadrant.

Fold the first quadrant over the second one, then fold the second quadrant over the third quadrant. Finally, fold it over the last quadrant.
