Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry lemongrass, ginger torch flower and kaffir lime leaf until wilted and fragrant.

Add prawn, squid, carrot and kailan. Stir-fry until cooked.

Add rice and sprinkle Seri-AjiĀ® Tom Yam Seasoning 72g. Mix well.

Ready to serve.
