Lady’s Finger in Yoghurt Salad

Heat oil in a wok, fry lady’s finger until brown. Drain and keep aside.

Put tomato, red onion, green chilli and young ginger into a bowl.

Add in AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper, AJI-NO-MOTO® and yoghurt, just before serving. Or mix them all with the lady’s finger and keep in refrigerator (as a cold salad). Add salt to taste.

Serve with white rice or ghee rice or briyani rice.
