One Pot Salmon And Mushroom Rice

Melt butter in a pan, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Place salmon on the pan with skin facing down the pan. Pan fry on high heat for 1 minute. Then flip and continue pan-fry for another 1 minute. Set aside.

Add rice, water, remaining butter in the pan, soy sauce, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper in rice pot. Mix well.

Place seared salmon and mushrooms with rice in rice cooker. Let it cook.

Sprinkle spring onion and ready to serve.
