Korean Seafood Pancake
Ingredients A: dipping Sauce
Mix ingredient (A) then set aside.
Mix Seri-Aji® Fritter Seasoned Flour 225g with water.
Add in shrimp and squid, mix well.
Heat cooking oil in a pan, pour the batter then place spring onion and sprinkle red chili.
Cook for 6 minutes or until the bottom side is crispy and brown. Then turn the pancake over and cook for another 6 minutes.
Serve with dipping sauce.
