Instructions

Ginger Steamed Fish

Wash the fish with lemon juice to avoid the fish smell.

Place the fish in a steamed tray.

Mix brown sugar, Rasa Sifu™, oyster sauce and lime juice, pour on the fish.

Sprinkle ginger, garlic, green and chili, lemon grass on the fish.

Steam till cooked.

Garnish with coriander and serve hot.

Stir-Fried Kangkung with Garlic

Stir fry cashew nut and oats without oil, keep aside.

Heat oil, saute garlic and red chili.

Add in Kangkung.

Add in oyster sauce, Rasa Sifu™ and some water.

Stir well until cooked.

Corn Soup
1

Boil chicken clear stock.

Add in tofu, corn on the cob and TUMIX® Chicken Stock.

Simmer and serve warm.
