Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry garlic and shallot until fragrant.

Add prawn and fish cake.

Then, add in curry leaf and stir-fry until aromatic.

Add in carrots and long beans, stir well.

Next, add basmati rice and stir well.

Add eggs in the middle of the pan and mix well with rice.

Sprinkle Seri-Aji® Curry Fried Rice Seasoning 26g and stir until well combined.

Garnish with cashew nut, fried shallot, red chili and spring onion.
