Boil the meat in a pot with water and a little red dye until the meat is soft.

Once soft, cool and thinly slice the meat. Save the beef broth.

Heat the oil, fry the meat slices until slightly crisp, remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté garlic, ground chili, chili sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, carrots, chili, kaffir lime leaves and 1/2 cup meat broth, cook until the sauce become thicken.

Add the fried meat, tomato and sliced onion. Stir and ready to be served.
