Blend all ingredients (A) evenly.

Heat cooking oil. Stir-fry ingredients (A), dried chili paste and chili sauce until the oil separates.

Add shrimp and stir-fry until fully cooked.

Add in laksa noodle, spring onion, carrot, mustard green, sweet soy sauce and thick soy sauce. Stir-fry until well combined.

Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper. Mix well.

Ready to serve.

Made this Laksa Goreng for dinner tonight and it was amazing!
Rasa sedap dan senang nak masak. Dulu tak pernah terfikir nak buat laksa goreng ni.
Mudah dan jimat masa! Perut pon kenyang.
Saya guna lebihan laksa semasa open house, goreng laksa untuk sarapan. Sangat sedap ye! Semestinya laksa goreng saya menggunakan ajinomoto sebagai penambah perasa!
