Blend all ingredients (A) evenly.

Heat cooking oil. Stir-fry ingredients (A), dried chili paste and chili sauce until the oil separates.

Add shrimp and stir-fry until fully cooked.

Add in laksa noodle, spring onion, carrot, mustard green, sweet soy sauce and thick soy sauce. Stir-fry until well combined.

Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper. Mix well.

Ready to serve.

Sarapan pagi lebihan mee laksa dijadikan laksa goreng. sedap lagi dari mee kuning 😂 baru tau boleh digoreng.nasib baik smartcooking ada mcm2 resepi boleh dicuba..senang keja ibu2 mcm saya ni.Lepas ni laksa tak habis guna boleh buat laksa goreng.tak payah nak membazir lagi ceritanya☺️..sedap dia tak cukup satu keluarga makan😅.nak kena beli laksa lagi jawabnya.benda jarang rasa sekali masak nak lagi😂😂
