Ingredients B: gravy

Instructions

Marinate fish fillet with ingredient (A) for 10 - 15 minutes.

Arrange mushrooms in heatproof dish and arrange fish on top. Steam for 5 - 10 minutes.

Heat the garlic oil and sesame oil, add in sauce ingredient (B), let it boil and pour onto steamed fish.

Sprinkle on top with crispy ginger, Chinese celery, spring onion and chilies. Serve hot.
