Heat oil, sauté Ingredients (A) until fragrant.

Pour water, bring to a boil.

Add in the stems, carrot, AJI-NO-MOTO® and TUMIX® Chicken Stock into the pot.

Once the stems turn soft, add in spinach leaf and eggs. Then turn off the heat and serve hot.
