Heat the cooking oil and fry the blended ingredients (A) until fragrant and oil separates.

Add in tamarind paste juice and sweet soy sauce. Mix until well combined.

Add in carrot and stir until soft.

Add in prawns and long bean, stir until prawns are cooked.

Cook and mix tempeh, tofu, potato, glass noodle and tofu sheet.

Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and salt. Mix well.

Ready to serve.

Resepi yg sgt mudah disediakn wlpn kali pertama cuba resepi ni..mmg sgt sedap dan enak dimakan panas². Bahan pn mdh didapati.
Banyak bahan digunakan. Sana sikit situ sikit tengok-tengok dah sebemban. Agak renyah sebab perlu goreng banyak bahan terlebih dulu tapi hasilnya buat kita puas hati. Tak pasti rasa autentik jawanya bagaimana tapi lidah kami rasa cukup sedap dah. Nanti nak masak lagi minta kakak ipar dari Indonesia bagi review.
