Combine Seri-Aji® Seasoned Flour with rice flour, coriander powder, fennel powder and cumin powder. Mix well.

Add coconut milk, water, lime water and egg. Mix well.

Heat the cooking oil on low heat and dip the mould for a while.

Place 1 teaspoon of the flour mixture on the mould.

Add some beans and anchovies.

Put the mould in the hot oil. Wait until the rempeyek is removed from the mould. Fry until brown.

Repeat until the mixture is finished.

Ready to be served.

Mini rempeyek saya follow resepi dari smart cooking sangat rangup, cuma nya saya tak letak ikan bilis. Sekejap je habis anak-anak buat kudapan.
First time try. Memang rangup. And senang nak buat. Tpi acuan tu saya guna yg besar sikit so tak berapa nak mini sangat haha.

Selalunya beli yang dah siap. Tapi kali ni try buat sendiri. Tetamu pun suka makan rempeyek mini ni berbanding kuih2 raya yang lain
