Heat oil, sauté onion, garlic, ginger and lemon grass until fragrant.

Add in water, turmeric powder, bird eyes chillies, dried tamarind, tamarind juice and kaffir lime leaves. Let boil for a while.

Add in the prawn and season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.

Garnish with turmeric leaf, ready to serve.
