Paprika Chicken Skewers With Baked Potatoes

Method: Paprika Chicken Skewers
Marinate the boneless chicken thigh with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper, cooking oil, garlic and paprika powder. Mix well.
Poke the marinated chicken, pineapple chunks, brown button mushrooms and green capsicum alternately onto the skewers.
Roast in a preheated oven at 200˚C for 20 minutes.
Ready to serve.
Method: Baked Potatoes
Wrap each potato with aluminum foil.
Roast in a preheated oven at 200˚C for 45-50 minutes.
Once ready, open the aluminum foil and slice the potato. Melt 1 teaspoon of unsalted butter and shake AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper three times over it.
Ready to serve.
Note
Bamboo skewers are soaked to prevent them from burning during grilling.
Potatoes and skewers can be baked together, but the skewers should be removed after 20 minutes while the potatoes continue baking.
The skewers can also be grilled using an air fryer or barbecue grill & adjust cooking time accordingly based on your appliance.
