Instructions

Grilled Salmon Steak

Marinate salmon fillet with chopped garlic and AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper.

In a non-stick pan, heat ½ tbsp of olive oil.

Cook salmon 5-7 min (skin down).

Turn fillet over and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes.

Salmon is cooked when the salmon flakes when tested with a fork.

Stir-fried Broccoli with Garlic

In a non-stick pan, heat sesame oil.

Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add broccoli florets and season with TUMIX® Chicken Stock.

Stir-fry broccoli, add some water and cover.

Let it cook not more than 2-3 minutes to maintain its the colour and crispness.

Vegetable Soup

In a pot, add in all the ingredients and let it boil.

Serve hot.
