Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder then fry until half cooked, set aside.

Using the same oil, fry the shallot rings until golden brown and crispy, set aside.

In the same wok, using only 3 tbsp of remaining oil, stir fry ingredients (B) until fragrant.

Add in the ingredients (C) with chili sauce, tomato sauce and oyster sauce. Stir until the oil separates.

Add in the chicken and mix well. Let the gravy reduce and the chicken fully cooked.

Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt. Top it with the fried golden crispy shallots.
