Instructions

Method for Lamb Masala
1

Heat cooking oil, saute ingredients (B) until fragrant.

Add the ground ingredients (C), stir well.

Add the mutton, water and tomato puree, mix well. Simmer for a while.

Add yogurt and season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.

Simmer for 1 hours or until the lamb meat is soft. Add some water if needed.

Garnish with sliced carrots and coriander leaves.

Method for Stir Fried Long Beans
1

Heat the oil, saute red onion paste, garlic, and chili paste until fragrant.

Add green beans and carrots, stir well.

Add TUMIX® and some water if needed. Mix well.

4

Garnish with red chili and spring onion.

Method for Cauliflower Clear Soup
1

Boil all ingredients except olive oil, carrot and spring onion.

Pour into a bowl, garnish with sliced carrots and spring onion.

3

Sprinkle olive oil, ready to serve.
