Heat oil, sauté mustard seed until crackle.

Add in potato, stir until half cook.

Add in garlic, ginger paste, onion and chilies. Stir until well.

Toss in the marinated squid, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt and cook for 3-4 minutes. Ready to serve.
