Marinate tiger prawns with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat cooking oil in a wok. Add the marinated prawns and stir-fry until fully cooked. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

In the same wok, add shallot and garlic. Stir-fry until golden.

Add tamarind juice, oyster sauce, gula melaka and dark soy sauce. Continue stir-frying until the gula melaka melts and the sauce thickens.

Add the tiger prawns and season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper.

Sprinkle with spring onions and ready to serve.
