Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil and stir-fry garlic and onion until golden.

Add sardines, red chili, chili paste and spring onion. Then, stir-fry until the chili paste is cooked and well combined.

Mix 1 tbsp of wheat flour with 3 tbsp of water and set aside.

Place 1 tbsp of filling in the middle of the bread surface and spread it on one side.

Brush the wheat flour mixture on the surface of the bread and fold it in half to form a triangle. Set aside.

Mix the remaining wheat flour, rice flour, turmeric powder and remaining water until well combined. Gradually add hot oil and mix well.

Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt. Mix until smooth and dip the bread into the flour mixture.

Heat oil and deep-fry until golden brown and crispy.

Ready to serve.
