Boil in medium heat, water, beef meat and all ingredients (A) until the beef is soft. Add water if needed.

Remove the whole beef meat and slice it thinly. Blanch the siew pak choy in the stock.

Assemble all the ingredients (B) on top of flat rice noodle and sliced beef.

Pour in the stock and ready to serve.
