Heat up cooking oil in a pot. Add in shallot, garlic, curry leaf and dried chili. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Add in ground ingredients (A) and stir fry until browned.

Add in crab and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add in water and boil until crab fully-cooked.

Add in TUMIX® Chicken Stock and turmeric powder, mix well.

Ready to serve.
