Chocolate Mousse on Nutty Crumble with Mixed Berries

Mix ingredients (A) until well-blended

Melt chocolate on double boiler.

Melt the gelatine with some water over double boiler.

Whip up the cream and set aside.

Mix melted chocolate into (A) followed by the whipped cream and gelatine.

Pour the mixture into individual mould and allow to set in chiller.

Crush the nuts, add in the butter and Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener.

Place the crumble on plate and top with the chilled chocolate mousse.

Garnish with mixed berries and serve.
