Instructions

Method for Beef Rice

Boil beef meat with 5 cups of water and kurma powder until tender. Keep the stock.

In a pan, melt the margarine and add in ingredients (A). Stir-fry until brown and the smell of aromatic rises.

Add the rice and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until well coated.

Add in beef stock water, beef meat, raisins, cashew nuts, tomato and season it with TUMIX®. Stir well.

Transfer into a rice cooker, let it cook.

After the rice is cooked, let the rice be dry and lukewarm before fluffing it.

Ready to serve.

Method for Tamarind Water
1

Blend well all ingredients (B). Transfer to a bowl and mix in the bird eyes chili, red onion and tomato calamansi juice.

Serve it together side by side or pour on top of the beef.

Method for Beef Soup
1

Heat the beef stock water, shallot, garlic and ginger.

Add beef meat, carrot, celery and potato, mix well.

Add in SERI-AJI® and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat until the vegetables are cooked and the beef is tender.

Garnish with fried shallot and coriander leaves.

Method for Fresh Vegetables

Wash well and serve fresh.

Method for Pineapple Lassi
1

Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend it to a smoothie consistency.

Served it cold.
