Stir-Fried Mushroom with Tofu

Heat cooking oil in a wok, add tofu and fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Add garlic and stir-fry until browned.

Add carrot, shimeji mushrooms and bunapi mushrooms. Stir-fry evenly until the carrot is cooked.

Mix water with oyster sauce and thick soy sauce, then add it to the wok. Stir-fry evenly.

Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper. Stir well. Sprinkle spring onion and ready to serve.
