Beat the eggs with ingredient (A), set aside.

Heat oil, sauté garlic and ginger.

Add in long beans, stir fry.

Add in pepper powder, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt, stir well.

Pour in the egg and stir until cooked, serve hot.
