Heat the oil, stir fry the coarsely ground ingredients until fragrant and golden.

Add the long beans, stir until well coated.

Add oyster sauce, sesame oil and a little bit of water. Continue stirring, then season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.

Garnish with spring onion and fried onion, it's ready to serve.
